Terms of service

  • Overview. This website is operated by Weak Things, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, doing business as STR-Ready Cabin Plan Sets.

  • Plan license. Each Construction edition includes a license to build one cabin from the plan on one site.

    • Planning editions are for review, pricing and feasibility only, and may not be used for construction.

    • You may print copies for your builder, lender, building department and subcontractors for that one build, and have a local designer or engineer modify the plan for that build.

    • You may not build more than one cabin without an additional build license for each; resell, share or publish the files; or claim the design as your own.

    • Plans and guides remain the copyrighted work of Weak Things, LLC.

  • Plan use and limitations. Plans are not stamped by an architect or engineer.

    • You are responsible for confirming that your land may be built on and used as a short-term rental, for meeting local codes, permits and inspections, and for site-specific engineering where needed.

    • Life-safety sheets are based on Sevier County, Tennessee's published short-term rental inspection items; other jurisdictions differ.

    • Guides and articles are general information, not legal, tax, engineering or professional advice.

  • No warranty. Plans are provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for a particular site or purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
