Refund policy

Digital products. Plan sets, guides and checklists are digital downloads delivered right after purchase. Because files can't be returned, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, with these exceptions:

• Duplicate purchase: if you bought the same item twice by mistake, we'll refund the duplicate.

• File problem: if a file is damaged or won't open, email support@strreadycabinplans.com within 14 days, and we'll send a working file or refund you.

• Not downloaded: if you haven't downloaded the file, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Planning edition credit. The price of a Planning edition is credited toward the Construction edition of the same plan if you upgrade within 12 months. Email hello@strreadycabinplans.com with your order number.
