STR-Ready Cabin Plan Sets makes cabin plans and planning tools for people building short-term rentals.
Drawn by people who build and host
We own and operate six rental cabins in Sevierville, Tennessee. We built one from the dirt up, converted an ordinary house into another, and work alongside the local builders who built the rest.
That experience shapes every plan. Most plans stop at the floor plan and the photos. Ours include the parts that matter after the photos are taken: where the owner's closet goes, how linens move, where the hot tub and fire pit can sit, and what the fire marshal checks every year.
What we make
- Plan sets for small rental cabins, each with STR safety sheets drawn in.
- Guides for the decisions that come before drawings.
- Free tools, starting with the Smoky Mountain STR Build Checklist.
