Every STR-Ready plan set includes the standard construction sheets your builder needs, plus four STR sheets most plan sets leave out.
Construction sheets
- A-101 Floor plan: dimensioned rooms, doors, windows and fixtures.
- A-201 Elevations: all four sides with roof pitch and heights.
- A-301 Building section: wall, floor and roof assembly.
- S-101 Foundation and framing: footings, crawlspace, floor and roof framing.
- E-101 Electrical and lighting: outlets, fixtures, mini-split and hot tub circuit locations.
- G-001 Material list and G-002 Build-order guide.
STR sheets
- STR-1 Life-safety layout: interconnected smoke alarms, CO alarms near bedroom doors, and an extinguisher on every level.
- STR-2 Evacuation maps: a ready-to-frame map for every level with "You are here" marked.
- STR-3 Outdoor clearances: grill pad, fire pit and hot tub placement with distances.
- STR-4 Furnish and turnover: furniture layout, owner closet, linen and cleaning flow.
Editions
- Planning edition: floor plan, elevations, STR sheets and budget worksheet, for pricing and feasibility. Not for construction. Its price credits toward the Construction edition within 12 months.
- Construction edition: the full sheet set and one build license.
- CAD add-on: editable files for your builder, designer or engineer.
- Additional build license: each additional cabin.
