The idea. Two matching suites, each with its own vestibule, bath and closet, on either side of a great room with island dining and a kitchen on the back wall. A washer and dryer and a lockable owner closet sit off the kitchen.
STR-ready from the start. Egress windows on two walls of each suite, CO alarms outside both suites, interconnected smoke alarms, and a full-length covered porch with the hot tub location set before windows are ordered.
