The idea. A front-gable studio with a vaulted living room, a queen bed in the loft, a full bath and an owner closet with a stacked washer and dryer under the loft. All-electric, with a covered front porch.
STR-ready from the start. Smoke and CO alarms on both levels, an extinguisher and evacuation map for the main floor and the loft, and an escape window in the loft gable.
